Terms of Service (The Rulebook for Working Together)

Last Updated: December 17, 2024

1. What This Is

This page lays out the basics of how you interact with this site and my coaching services. By being here, exploring, or booking a session, you agree to these terms.

2. Coaching Is Not Therapy or Legal Advice

I offer coaching services that focus on helping you achieve your goals, eliminate blocks, and take action. I’m not a licensed therapist, lawyer, or doctor, so please don’t treat this as therapy, legal counsel, or medical advice. I’m here to guide, coach, and challenge you—but ultimately, you’re responsible for your actions and results.

3. Payment and Refunds

• Payments for coaching sessions are due upfront.

• If you need to reschedule, give me at least 24 hours’ notice, and we’ll make it work.

• Refunds? I don’t generally offer them besides for the first 4 sessions if you’re unsatisfied. This work requires commitment. But if something comes up, let’s talk like humans.

4. Respecting Each Other’s Time

My time is valuable, and so is yours. Let’s show up fully for the work and be on time for sessions. If you ghost without notice, I’ll assume the session is forfeited.

5. Privacy

I respect your privacy. Anything we discuss in sessions stays confidential unless I’m legally required to spill the beans (like if you’re a danger to yourself or others). For details on how I handle your info, check out the Privacy Policy.

6. No Guarantees

Coaching is powerful, but it’s not magic. I can’t guarantee specific outcomes, you get out what you put in. That said, I’m fully committed to supporting you.

7. Keep It Respectful

This space is for growth, not nonsense. If you’re disrespectful, abusive, or violate our working agreement, I reserve the right to stop working together.

8. Changes to These Terms

I may update this page if needed. If you’re still here, you’re agreeing to whatever is current.

9. Let’s Keep It Simple

If you have any questions, just reach out. I’m a human—let’s talk.
